Crop Insurance Tax Breaks?

The ABC and NIBA have reported that a Future of Australia's Agriculture Industry will recommend the introduction of a Tax Offset for Crop Insurance Cover.

This type of initiative could mean massive savings of up to 50% of the cost of Crop Insurance whilst reducing the burden for Government Relief of farmers through encouraging more uptake of crop insurance across the agricultural sector transferring the risk of crop failure to the insurance industry.
