I’d like to arrange a new policy, or, I have a policy which is due for renewal; but I may have trouble making my Payment. How long do I have to make my payment?
Our normal credit terms of 14 days have been extended to assist you.
We are extending to our customers the new credit terms that each insurer has extended to us in order to help you make your payments and to ensure your assets remain protected. As the credit terms from each insurer vary, with some insurers offering only 30 days to make the payment and others offering up to 6 months to make the payment, please contact our office by emailing gosford@affinityinsurance.net.au or calling us on 02 4322 7856 if you need a payment arrangement and we will step you through the options available.
We will let you know what your insurer’s payment terms are for your policy and work with you to set a regular payment schedule that works for you so that the premium can be paid within the credit terms.
Subject to approval, we can in most cases help you arrange a payment plan for your insurance:
* Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly or Half Yearly Payment Plans through an external premium funder.
Already a customer and part way through an existing payment plan?
If you are on an existing payment arrangements for policies that were renewed last year or earlier this year, we recommend you contact our office first so we can guide you on how each premium funder or insurer is approaching this at the moment. So far, other customers have been able to renegotiate the frequency of payment in most cases to ensure that their assets remain insured.
If you do need help with your payment plan, don’t leave it until there is a problem, contact us early and we will let you know how to go about making the changes to your payment plan.
